I finally got the chance to test these out today. The seem very sturdy and well-made compared to other recent spatulas I've bought and broken. The smaller one worked great for flipping fried eggs in a cast iron skillet. As an added bonus it was plenty sturdy for scraping out the pan. I'm sure these will last a good long time!

Very happy with this purchase. It thin and flexible without being flimsy. It also has a good surface area so it is great for flipping omelets... I will say that the edge is sharp, because it is thinner than most spatulas, so be careful if hand washing.

Nutze es vor allem beim Steak anbraten in meiner Edelstahlpfanne. Sind vor kurzem umgestiegen von Plastik auf Holz und diesen Helfer und wollen ihn nicht mehr missen! :)

Only used it a couple of times. Great for pancakes and larger items. Works best when used in/on larger surfaces, obviously. It seems strong, durable and flexible so that it can reach under soft items without tearing them.

I purchased the large size spatula and the size is just right. The blade is very flexible yet firm enough to lift and turn with conviction. The handle is firmly attached with rivets at a very comfortable angle and also flexes without being weak. It appears to be well made using materials of reasonable quality, is well designed, and feels good in the hand. I am pleasantly surprised and would purchase again.

This is an improvement to the last spatula I bought which had a silicone covering that started to melt early on. It's also a good size to grip and for medium pans.

The small one is for most fry pans & cookie sheets, the big one is for big fry pans.Strong stainless steel blades should last a long time.Not really for lifting anything extremely heavy (like a whole 2 pound chicken).Dishwasher safe, time will tell how long the handles will last (''stay tuned'')Handles provide a good slightly ''sticky'' grip, but if your hands have trouble gripping, you may want larger, more ergonomic handles.I'm not sure how much they may scratch surfaces, but the edges are NOT sharp, so any wear to pans would happen slowly over time. Probably good for ceramic pans, but not good for old-school teflon.

I've been looking for a spatula that is stainless steel with a flexible spatula that will bend to get under the food I am cooking in a pan (like eggs in a fry pan). This one works perfectly with just the right amount of flex in the blade and is wide enough to handle whatever is in the pan. It washes up easily and the handle grip is comfortable. Finally, I have the spatula I've been wanting!

Product appears to be well built but the flat part is to long for my use. I use it to flip eggs.
