Made some gummy bears using this double boiler. I love the long padded handle so I didn't burn myself taking this off the boiling water. Works great!

I used this the first time last night. It worked good, just wish the handle was a little longer. When you grab the handle to stir ingredients, your hand is pretty close to the hot pot and stove cap. Other than the short handle, works good.

If both sides that rested on the pot had silicone on them the top of my pot wouldn’t get scratched. Easy to use. Little scraper is a plus.

This add it easy to melt chocolate away from the stove. I just placed it on top of a bowl with hot water and it worked very well and very easy to clean.
