I needed a replacement rack for my canning pot, and this did the trick. The handles fold smoothly, and it looks good, not too heavy. Time will tell how it holds up, but it feels sturdy.

I compared this stainless steel canning rack to others I’ve used in the past, and I definitely prefer the structure of this one. It feels solid and well-designed overall. However, my main concern is that some of the seams on the actual rack weren’t soldered. This gives me a bit of hesitation, as it seems like something that could fail over time with regular use. While it works fine for now, I’m cautious about its long-term durability. It’s still a decent rack, but I wish the seams were better secured.
