Okay, it’s not hard to put together, it actually is pretty easy. If done right, it is decently sturdy. If your bread is nice and soft, it also works well. I think it depends on your knife. I had the fun time of trying to slice some sourdough with it. That was not as stable and using this was not as easy. Did it work? Yes for the most part, was it easy and done with ease? Nope! It’s not terrible. If you see cutting softer items it’s a breeze but anything with some resistance will cause this not work as well.

This is much better than those bamboo ones. I liked that you can adjust the width. It only has the sandwich size thickness. Love it so far.
