This cleaner has minimal carnuba in it. It does seem to have solvents similar to those in contact cement. The result is a haze that only comes off lots of force. If that doesn’t work, use strong glass cleaner to remove the haze. I had to use 99% Isopropyl alcohol, but of course, that just removes any carnuba protection that you just put down. If the bottle I received is not just an odd defective batch, then this stuff should absolutely NOT be used on your artwork. What were they thinking.
