Bought 8 lamps, ones colour is off, the other ones fan is so loud that it’s unusable.

Purchased into Canada when the posting said “Certification: Yes”. Delivered: No manufacturer’s or certification markings on the units. Contacted the seller … through the following emails: “We have CE certification.”NOT accepted by Canada or the U.S. … “We will accept the return, you pay for the shipping”. Product shipped from Hong Kong. Product return was … from UPS … “In the middle of nowhere in mainland China.” Return shipping was far more than the purchase price. Smashed them with a sledge hammer. Cut the ends off the included cabling. Took them to electonics recycling.

Good led stage lights, a little more complicated to use than really necessary, but they're lightweight and they work.

for 4 lights the price was fair I even got a sale discount excellent lights

Excellent lights for the money! The remote is a handy little tool and I'm able to control all four lights with the push of a button. The instructions are pretty basic so a little trial and error was necessary, but the results are fantastic! One of the lights was faulty, but they sent me a replacement at no charge and no need to return the faulty light. GREAT customer service!I'm a solo acoustic performer, and I was looking to enhance my looks, and I certainly found the answer!Very happy!

These are awesome value. Remotes work well. Lots of features. Huge HIT. Definitely recommend for anyone.

i had bought the "same" 4 pack previously and was pleased with the product so decided to buy it again. what i received the second time was 2 sets of 2 lights.. none of which were the same as the previous pack i bought. also one of the lights had one of it's lenses (for lack of a better term) dislodged and rattling around inside the casing (see photo). lastly there were 6 bolts and 8 washers missing for attaching the arms/stands. Easydancing provides a card within the packaging with an e-mail address that you can contact with questions and/or concerns stasting they respond within 24 hrs.. after 5 days there has been zero response. not impressed. UPDATE.. the company sent me replacements and missing parts so changing from 1 to 4 stars

Dont buy ANYthing else, these lights are the stuff. The fact that they take power cables without one prong being bigger and having no ground wire (refrencing to us plugs) makes these lights seriously good. I think im gonna buy more like seriously. They're bright, they are really bright. the remote is really nice as well although I prefer to use DMX. They arrived a day later after i purchased them, easy to use. The plastic build is fine and its better anyway because of how lightweight they are. The look of them is also nicer than some other par lights ive seen. Id rather use these because of how they look. the 50000 hour kinda sucks because I wish to use these for ore than a year and also that what will i do with them after they die, I dont wanna produce e-waste. Eh but who knows, either way they are nice. But them. Just do it

Now after all what's the sense of buying a product from a company that won't back its own product I mean if you want to play Russian Roulette it's your money but through my experience I have purchased things that unfortunately malfunction or were damaged and I had to contact the manufacturer for assistance now I've been fortunate enough to work with some companies that truly honor and back their product and I've had companies that told me to bad one of my last experiences with a company that I purchased lighting from I will not mention their name but I will tell you it was a $250 light that somehow just shut off and would not come back on after contacting the customer service line for their product I was instructed that Not only was there nothing that could be done for me with this situation but I could not even send in the light to their company because they don't service their own equipment well if you're looking at easy dancing lights to be put into your rig or home or business you can confidently be assured that they have number one customer service which professional caring and easy to communicate with personnel who are not only willing to hear you out with your issues but they are more than willing to provide Solutions you will not make a mistake purchasing these lights whether you buy them individually or you buy them in a eight pack no worries they're all covered and you will find all of that out upon unboxing your newly owned easy dancing 36 x 1 LED par light with remote controller because Inside the Box is a wonderful welcoming to the easydancing family instructing you on how to proceed if there's any concerns or questions have a great day folks enjoy your lights

These lights are a great price and work wonderfully! They will be beautiful at my reception! I couldn't decide between the 18 lights and the 36 lights, but the 36 is def the way to go. The 18 lights are only good if you want solid red, green or blue. The 18 lights don't blend well and mixing colors end up w a rainbow-like effect, which I didn't care for. I know these are 36 light, but when I was researching, I couldn't find what the dif was between the two. If you want good solid mixing colors go w these 36 lights. You won't be disappointed! Plenty bright and quiet! Also, I want white light and the 36 delivered, where the 18 lights were a purple.
