After 2 years the board started to crack. I submitted a warranty claim and within a couple hours I had an email from them telling me a new board is on the way, and I can throw away the old one. Great warranty service.

Just received my board today. However, the spring assembly is missing. Pretty big piece of the puzzle. Cant connect the platform to the board without it. Big inconvenience.

When I converted my pool over to a Salt water system, it didn't take long for me to notice that my old diving board and diving board stand were rusting quickly. Not only was the board rusting but it was starting to run on to my cool deck and stain it with rust as well. When I called S.R. Smith they assured me I just needed to replace with a Saltwater friendly diving board. The replacement board fit precisely on to my existing mounting without any adjustments or reconfiguration necessary! It is performing nicely, and NO RUST on the cool deck!

I just installed and noticed that the tread has a bubble in it. How do I get a new one?

Just installed this new system, with the 6 foot board. We were looking for a board with above average spring, and this is it! My husband says that this bounces him a good 2-3 feet higher than a average board. That may be an overstatement, but somewhat true. The true tread grip is also very comfortable. The kids love it. I would definitely recommend.

Great board, perfect traction, just the right amount of spring for dives and flips! Read the directions carefully before you install it! We had some expensive and frustrating fixes... all our fault, but getting the right replacement pieces was a difficult process as no one seemed “allowed” to sell directly to the consumer.
