Great slide and assembly was reasonable. However the top connection gasket leaks and customer support has been poor. They promised to send a new gasket almost a month ago and I haven’t received it. Called today and they have no record of that conversation nor the gasket request. They suggested that I send an email which I’ve done. I’m willing to change my review pending receipt of the part and successful resolution of the issue.

Bigger than I envisioned but it is an awesome slide. It was quite difficult to get the pieces lined up properly for assembly, but I was able to get it together with the help of a friend (and at times some additional help from my son). That said, once it is assembled it is quite sturdy. We haven't been able to use it yet as we are still waiting for our concrete to be poured, but I am sure it will be a blast. I will update once we have been able to use it.

Excellent slide which I would recommend. Read the other reviews and wanted to add to and confirm the good information provided. The Stairs are a step climb and handles are wider than little children can reach. Have chosen to put cushioned matts at bottom for 4 year old daughter who must climb holding on to steps. It is a very fast ride so small children may be a little overwhelmed at first. If you have a small child consider smaller slide if fearful of them falling. It will certainly be a slide children will grow into and not grow tired or bored using. Construction is very sturdy even for the many adults who have now tried it. Had a few issues with alignment of some bolts but key was to make sure to place all bolts prior to torquing. It will take at leas two to three people to move once completely assembled. Securing to the concrete is a must but be prepared to lift entire slide in order to put on bolts. Due to angles of slides not possible to drill and insert bolts with unit in place. Having fun and enjoying everyday!!!

I have reviewed many pool slides as they are not cheap. I was prepared to spend around $3,000 for the slide and there are a few choices around this price range. My main choices were Interfab and SR Smith's turbo twister. I like the Interfab but after seeing at my friends house, it shakes a little as the user slides down the slide and that didn't really give me a solid feel or look. Beside TurboTwister is much taller and bigger and not separate leg that needs to be supported.This slides needs at least two people to put together, although I put it together by myself but it will be much faster and easier with two people. Anti-Seize on all stainless steel bolts and nuts are a must, otherwise, they will melt togheter and will lock on you. I learned this the hard way and they do come with a pack of this. There are 6 slide, base, and stair pieces; and all of the seals are already attached where you don't need to worry about water leaking between the pieces. The stairs with handle look massive and they are sturdy. From the top down, it is scary at first but only at first. You need to make sure when bolting the slide down on the concrete floor, be sure to use the right bit and powerful drill, cordless, battery operated drills will not get you anywhere, and there are about 8-10 securing bolts. Once they are securely bolted to the ground, the slide is locked down and very secure.It looks much better than how it is pictured. I hooked it up to the 2x1/2" tubing that came with to the return pool pump and it really shoots out more than turbo flow of water, there is no comparison with the garden hose, besides the return water is much warmer than my icy cold ground water. Kids and Adults love the slide and we are thoroughly pleased with the product.You sure will get a "wow" from your guests and your kids will never say, "I am bored" anymore..

LOVE this slide! We ordered from Amazon and delivery did take longer than expected by a few days however, it was worth the wait! My husband had it put together in an hour! Installation was not bad at all and so far its been nothing but FUN! We have a 5 year old that swims like a fish and he LOVES it. I can see an issue with our one year old next year - I know he'll want to go down and won't be able to so it'll be a challenge to keep him off of it for a few years!This is fantastic fun for the ENTIRE family. The kids LOVE to watch the adults go down and the kids can now entertain themselves without begging the adults to throw them! If I had to do it over again I'd have got the smaller one to start with until our boys are a bit bigger but my husband loves it and now we don't have to buy another one anytime soon!Overall VERY pleased.
