My 7yr old daughter is an aspiring spy. She was excited to receive this because she doesn't have a lot of spy stuff. This is cool because it's a spy gadget but there's not a lot you can do with it. Some of the features are also confusing to use. I would have like to see this offer some more engagement as my daughter gets bored with it very quickly. The build quality is good because it's basically all plastic and gets stored in an even tougher plastic case.

It as cool toy. Brings many gadgets so kids feel like spies. It is good for the price. Strong plastic and functions well.

As is the case with most young boys, my son loves the idea of spy gear. This kit has some neat items in it that were fun, but I definitely see this getting handed off to one of our younger visitors pretty soon. He has other spy equipment that is higher quality/more engaging, so I can see him holding onto the items that are unique to this kit and giving the rest of them to his friend's younger brother to play with. Either way, as long as a kid is getting some use out of it, I'm happy.

They are a toy product so they seem a little bit cheap, but for the price point I am not mad about it. Overall, I have no complaints.

This is a simple little spy kit. It says it is intended for ages 6+ but really I think 5-6 MAYBE 7 is the age range that will enjoy this the most.It comes with the pen which has a variety of attachments to turn it into a fancy tool pen and a case to hide it all away in. It's supposed to lock unless the pen is in the box but really it is super easy to just pop open. The pen itself works by writing in invisible ink and you use the little light attachment to be able to read the messages. It has a scope so you can kind of zoom in on what someone is doing or to see something without getting closer. It has a motion detector where you pop it onto the pen and set it somewhere and if someone walks in front of it an alarm goes off and a light refractor. The whole system is a bit cheap but really that's not surprising. It is just supposed to be a little fun spy kit for kids. My 8 year old will enjoy it for a few days but will definitely not be something she will really be into playing with a lot because it is so simplistic and some of the items barely work.

I got this kit for my 11-year-old son and he has had a lot of fun with it. All the pieces seem to be well made and work just as described. The pieces are easy to use and the sensors make a clear sound. I think it’s fairly priced for what you get and I would recommend it!

This Spy Kit was a fun purchase and my kids seemed to dig it. They enjoyed using all the gadgets, and were playing games all around the house. The only downside is that a couple of the parts seemed to break pretty easily, but that could have just been my kids playing rough with them when I wasn't looking. So very well could have been user error.

If you're child is into STEM learning this is a great kit to start with and have them explore their imagination
