These are high quality straps. They're beefy, yet soft. The metal ring is big, and so far no signs of rust after over a year or more of use (can't recall when I bought these). Unlike other cheap stuff that start to rust even though I never touch it. My gym is in my house, so moisture isn't a problem. I actually don't use this for abs. I use it for face pulls and other things. I definitely recommend this. I have other Spud straps and equipment, and have no issues with them as well.

This is the best feeling, most heavy duty cable attatchment I have ever used. It's really expensive for what you get, but the nylon webbing feels amazing in your hand. Thick soft and crazy strong. You dont often feel pampered when lifting weights, but this strap sure makes you feel so.

The handle loops are about 25” long. Something to note, the overall length measurement listed appears to be all over the place; listing states 80cm, 36” and other reputable places state 30”, 32”; my label shows 32” but when under load is only at 31” long. Width is exact at 2”.The nylon webbing and O-ring are high quality, thick and overbuilt thus the price. The strap material is smooth similar to the hanging ab straps I have. I have a variety of tricep attachments including the long ropes w the molded handles and wasn’t sure how it would feel gripping the bare spud inc straps; it felt just fine with no pinching or pressure points that I’ve experienced so far.Happy lifting!

This is a great product. The materials, the stitching all high quality. The webbing has a soft feel to it, nice to grip, not stiff or rigid where it would tear up your skin.

Best design and super durable. Great functionality for triceps, abs, curls, pulling and way more. A little more expensive than the pulldown ropes but definitely worth it.

I have random stuff I bring with me to the gym.This and my jump rope are the best of the things in my gym bagI love using this for face pulls. Glad I watched garage gym reviews. This is a must buy!!

I purchased this after being absolutely sick and tired of using the rope attachment to do AB cable crunches. The positioning of the rope attachment put a lot of strain on my neck, wrists, elbows and shoulders.Took my Spud Inc Ab Straps for a ride today and they are without a doubt one of the most versatile cable attachments ever made. I used them for face pulls and was able to hit my back muscle much easier than anything else.Of course I used them for AB cable crunches as well and they worked like a charm. No strain or pain on any of my joints. A small price to pay to keep this in your gym bag and bust out for a bunch of different exercises you can think of. Tomorrow I’ll be attaching it to the cable and using a plyo box to do some makeshift reverse hypers since my gym doesn’t have a reverse hyper machine.
