It comes with adapters to use with a drill, rotary or DA! I've used the pads on all 3 and have had great results. I've used with different buffing compounds and all of them cut well. The small discs are nice to have as well as extra backing plates! I love SPTA products, best bang for your buck

Thought it would be universal for most buffers. the one I have had a different screw in piece for the attachment. i had to purchase an adapter in order to fit this one to by buffer. So just a heads up. Otherwise a great product.

I believe it was the black pad that failed first. Use that pad lightly and slowly. I found that pad to be poor. I'm sure it has its place but the other pads did a great job and held up longer and could be forced to work at higher rpm without falling apart. I got 6 vehicles done with these. Maybe one more next year.
