I have a snowshoe who plays fetch. He won’t play with any other balls - period. I made the mistake of buying another brand that looked like these. He wouldn’t touch them. I ordered another set of these and he’s in heaven. He also likes to stash them in places. We probably have about 50 of them in the house. Some have been around for years and have held up great. He also takes them into water. They squeeze dry very well and don’t get smelly. They also don’t loose their color. Even with all the biting of them, the foam hasn’t broken up.

They bounce and roll but they are quiet! My cat loves them and she looks like a little soccer pro batting them around. I always buy more when they get lost or mangled.

Our two cats love chasing these little balls around. They are soft and you can throw them all around the house without worrying about breaking anything. They bring hours of fun and interaction for our cats. Good purchase to keep cats entertained.

After I adopted two boisterous young cats, I needed toys to help them expend some of that energy. These sponge soccer balls did the trick. The cats love chasing them, love jumping up in the air to block them from getting past them, the whole nine yards. I've had these for more than 3 months and they're all still intact, even though my one cat loves to pick them up using her claws. Because they're soft and spongey they never break or crack and, one of the best things about them, they are quiet! My cats love playing in the middle of the night so quiet toys are wonderful. There is no chemical smell to them either, unlike other versions of this toy. I'll always be keeping these around the house!

Pro: This toy is my cats favorite, it’s lightweight and bounces when we throw it for him which he loves. It’s nice because it’s squishy so he’s able to hold it in his mouth and carry around the house.Con: Pieces of this toy will end up all over your house. It is easy for my cat to rip the ball apart. We go through one ball every couple days.

My kitty loves these! She plays fetch, and they are easy for her to pick up with her mouth to bring back for another toss, or to bat around the kitchen by herself if I’m busy. They are quite soft and squishy - you could even try slight of hand with these if you think you can get away with it (You won’t get away with it though. Kitty will know!) They have a good bounce, too, for varied arm flailing fun. My only criticisms are that they do have that kind of plasticy smell out of the package, but that goes away quickly enough. And if your cat plays with it a lot, it will start to disintegrate after a few months. But their not expensive so that’s not a big deal! All-in-all, a great toy for my kitty!

Good value for a boisterous cat, he loves them and they last a reasonable amount of time too.

Our cats love these balls. One likes to fetch and retrieve and is the first thing it goes for after a few cuddles when coming home. The other is a little more selfish wanting them to himself. Either way, cats love them, great value.

A little over a year ago, we adopted a mostly black kitten that had been overlooked at the SPCA for the first 7 or 8 months of his life. He was a very large kitten and they quickly moved him to his own cage. Much of his "kittenhood" was essentially robbed from him. Once we adopted him, it was very clear he didn't have a good understanding of what being a cat was all about. He's now coming up on 2 years old and still behaves like he's only a few months old.Sorry for the long intro. "Bang" has been spoiled since we rescued him. He's had a myriad of toys and countless hours of affection. These balls bounce well on my thick carpet, and they bounce like crazy off harder surfaces. They're very spongy but heavy enough to throw across the room. BY FAR, these balls have been the best toys ever for his physical growth and happiness. The combination of the lightweight and great bouncing properties challenge his physical skills as he chases after them. He's gone from his clumsy origins to an incredibly agile cat, and I attribute a good portion of that to these balls. Our game of fetch used to be a once nightly event with a rattling mouse that he quickly lost interest in. As he matured, his interest seemed to fade until a new toy was introduced. Some nights, he actually either forgot about playtime or didn't have any interest in it.......until we got these soccer balls. We've had them for several months and he never misses a night of play anymore. More often than not, he pesters me or someone else to play fetch with him several times per day. Each time he goes after it with the same zeal. These ARE NOT the balls with the "made in china" stickers that seem impossible to get off. The black markings on the balls aren't stickers either. This four pack came with a single blue, green, yellow, and pink ball. They were less than $5 and worth way more than that when I consider the "bang" for the buck. Take a small gamble on the happiness of your cat. We're enjoying his addiction to these balls, though not half as much as him.---UPDATE---These balls have survived nightly abuse for well over a year now. His favorites are the yellow ones (cat physiology explanation, anyone?) and they are both pretty ragged looking at this point. I can barely open the drawer his toys are stored in without him waiting for the nightly game to start.
