Spot Shot Instant Carpet Stain Remover is so good that people talk about it! It is easy to use, just spray and blot. No scrubbing or vacuuming required. Spot Shot removes old and new stains and both oil-based and water-based stains. Our proprietary formula liquefies tough stain particles, allowing them to be lifted out of carpeting without rubbing, scrubbing or vacuuming. Directions: 1. Thoroughly blot or vacuum the affected area. 2. Shake can for 2-3 seconds, tilt at 60 degree angle and spray stain. 3. Blot treated stain with an absorbent cloth (preferably white). 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the stain is gone. 5. Swab area with a damp cloth to remove any residue that might be left behind

Rating this a five as it lives up to its claims removes spots with ease even some stains that we've had for a while in the carpet. After purchasing this product I noticed they offered a professional grade by the same name. I got that and found that the chemical smell with the professional grade was very potent in the home and lasted for several days. So I'm switching back to this one because although both Spot Shot products in remove stains really well, this non professional grade product does not have a smell associated with it.

this gets engine grease out of light colored carpet. (don't ask). great for coffee stains on car interior carpets. has removed stains over a year old. a tiny bit expensive but worth it. i bought a spray can and it came intact. no spillage or leaks. stains appear and this makes them disappear. follow instruction and it is very easy to use. does not have a strong scent while using but goes away quickly. can is bright and its appearance makes it easy to find when under the sink

Wow! With a shot of this foam and just a little hard brushing with a very stiff bristle brush this stuff lifts nearly any stain right out of a carpet very quickly. It's amazing!

I just used this on my new carpet. I could not believe how well it removed the stain. I have used a lot of spot cleaners and it usually takes several sprays and wipes to remove the stains. Today with one spray and wipe the stain was gone. Easy to use, just shake and spray. I used a dry towel to remove the excess spray and that was it. I highly recommend this Spot Shot.

Just got it and this stuff is terrible. I have used a different one in the states that actually removes stains just by a spray. This just slightly faded the stain. I tried using the damp cloth, scrubbing the stain, and even took a damp cloth and held it down to hopefully pick it up. Used a whole can and nothing. Don't buy it. It's worthless.

I have used this product for years. It's stain removing capabilities are excellent without ever fading or damaging carpet or fabrics. The fragrance is pleasant and not over powering. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, it's no longer available in stores and I can only get it thru Amazon.

I’ve used spot shot many times and it never ceases to amaze me the stains it removes. Even old ones that have had other cleaners used on it. Takes them right out!

This stuff works as well as any carpet cleaner could be expected to work.Mainly on pet messes is my use and actually had fresh blood on carpet the other day and it came right out with this.
