This does the job and keeps me warm and it’s plenty flexible, the only reason I gave it a four star is because the upper body part is quite a bit larger than the pants, and almost feels like they are not the same size. But that does allow me to have room to wear extra layers underneath and then if it’s great. This keeps me warm even in the 30s

First, the jersey. Fits well, it is warm when it’s cooler outside. Overall, very happy with the jersey.The tights, also fit well, waist was snug and didn’t slide down making you feel like you should be doing plumbing work. The pad on the other hand is, so so. Have been on several 20 plus mile rides on a drop bar road bike and the pad just doesn’t do much. About 15 miles in the buttocks is unhappy and the man bits are getting ready to walk off the job.Once again, learn from my mistakes, buy a good pair of bibs. They will cost you $150 plus but believe me, your butt and man junk will thank you.

I am a 6'4", 207 lbs. I ordered and got the XL size.I thought this XL might be a bit small as per some information. For me it is almost perfect. If anything, the jersey is a bit baggy. And I am not a skeleton guy. I am a very muscular person, with a broad chest.Not sure if this was supposed to be this way. I also wish the pants would have had straps, but other than that they fit perfectly fine in length and they do not feel baggy.

May be its me, but I found this super useful only when outside temps are 58 and above, especially when its a bit windy and even when the weather report says "feels like 58 or above". If the outside temp is colder than 58 etc.,, I had to use an additional layer - but otherwise feels great and easy to bike. Did already two rides and I would give it a thumbs up!

I have purchased several warm weather cycling jersey and shorts from Sponeed in the past so i felt very comfortable in purchasing this Men's Thermal Cycling Full Sleeve Riding Jersey with Pants. I am 5'7" 175lbs with a 42in chest and 34in waist. I ordered a Med and found that it was really snug for me. If you like your riding gear tight for good aero dynamics - Med is the way to go. I prefer my clothing a bit looser especially if i am wearing a lighter cycle jersey underneath as the day warms up so i returned the med for a large. Jersey and pants contain a light fleece lining. I went riding on Feb 1st 2021 for 12 miles. It was overcast, light wind 3-5 mph, and 45 degrees Fahrenheit outside. I was warm and comfortable the whole time. I would recommend these for cool weather riding. i have seen similar gear out there for $20 less from other sellers but the return policy is not a flexible as amazon in case the size in not right and delivery is time is much longer.

I had previously purchased a pair of Sponeed cycling shorts & was very satisfied with their fit & appearance. The long sleeved jersey & tights combination not only provides warmth & comfort for winter & late fall riding, but also represents an outstanding value.

It’s mid June now but I’m sure this kit will be excellent for cooler riding this fall and early winter. I’m 6-2, 185 lbs and I ordered US XL. The pants fit like a glove. Literally!! Which is how I like so that’s great. The top is a little big on me but totally do able. I can wear a layer or two under. Which is also good! Almost can’t wait till it gets cold again!!

Sponeed offers excellent cycling clothing for the money. I was initially surprised at fit, quality and effectiveness, and have since ordered from them several times. Our whole family is now clad in their products. And they really stand by their product, offering truly exceptional customer service.I'm 6'1 and about 200 pounds. This set fit me well, though the top is a little looser than the bottoms -- no problem, though. The quality and features are great. I've biked about 300 miles in these already, and they work really well. I normally head out in the early mornings when it's cooler, but even when the sun is shining this set does a good job at keeping me dry. Highly recommended!
