i had this same case for an iphone 10. worked great. bought a case for iphone 13 pro. works horrible. people cannot understand me when speaking. they say it comes in and out is muffled. you have to open the little flap at the bottom of the phone and hold it open with your finger through the entire conversation in order to be able to be clearly heard. in addition, the sensitivity of the touch screen is worse as well. often times you have to mash the screen to have acknowledgement.

I don't often leave reviews unless there is something really worth saying- well this phone case saved my phone from a crash that totalled a vehicle, was lost out the smashed window and then plowed by the snow plows over night and because of someone having my location turned on we were able to literally snow shovel the phone out of a pile taller than myself and find it (over a block away, mind you)- in tact and still working. The only thing that broke was the glass over the cameras on the back on the case- but inside the phone was still safe and uncracked and dry.

I have used the “Spidercase” brand of phone covers for at least 3 of my previous iPhones and have never had an issue. This design is bad. The case is built to be waterproof, so there are basically only 2 plugs that you manually have to unplug if you want to use the microphone or charge your phone. The microphone plugs is not a perfect opening, and I have suffered through multiple phone calls of sounding far. Worse, the enclosure design of the case and the microphone issue creates feedback to the person on the other side, especially when on loud speaker. Lastly the feedback interferes with the background noise modulation the phone tries to do for you and you end up struggling to have a two way conversation.I do not recommend this for anyone, unless you are maybe doing water activities and you are seriously paranoid about how waterproof the iPhone is.
