My old diff. cover was so badly rusted that I couldn't remove the filler plug. New cover comes as unpainted bare steel. I painted it the night before. I also purchased a gasket, RTV sealant, and 80/90 gear oil at a local parts store. Install was very easy, and fit perfectly with included bolts and a magnetic filler plug.
