So comfortable and I have bad feet. If you are a woman ordering them order 2 sizes down. I'm a size 8 and ordered a 6.

Lightweight. I always use inserts in Sperrys. Buy your size if not wearing socks. Suggest going up half a size if you plan on wearing with socks.

Since ALDO bought Sperry in April 24, the Sperry's are crap. Bad quality, bad bad new design, CS even lied to me saying the new design was Sperry's.Why would Sperry do a new design when the other is perfect for 50 years....It's ALDO Shoe design. ALDO, is a crappy company, with bad quality and design.I had the same problem with the stitching pulling out on the toe.......Save your money, look harder, these new ALDO Sperrys are pure junk, totally cheap, bad workmanship bad design bad company. What kind of company puts the comment on the shipping slip in the box saying there is no cussing, yelling at CS or abusive talk, only if its crap they are selling. I have worn Sperry's for 30 years with no problem, EVER. I bout 3 pairs and had to totally rework all of them. took out inside soles, cut out the lace, relaced them like they are supposed to be and one pair had to reglue the sole and cut out that stupid elastic inside, all just bad, and sad.......ALDO, you have always been junk......Im glad to see your continuing your tradition. You guys wont print this, "Sin Pelotas" I grew up in Wisconsin and Virginia on the water and scuba diving now.....pathetic product. NOW !!!

My first pair lasted 20 years of salt water ocean racing. My second pair lasted about 10 more sailing years and 15-20 years of land use. I purchased my 3rd pair at age 81 primarily for use in the shower to help my wife into a shower chair and then off the chair, where an slipping could likely result in injury to myself, and critical injury to my wife of 56 wonderful years. They work always - haven’t had the first hint of a slip. My first efforts began with the use of a folded bath towel, which worked better than the bare wet tile floor, but too frequently did slip. I know that I have the best, safest solution. Unfortunately this third pair will outlast my future needs, so Sperry will have to rely on sales to others! It says volumes about the integrity of company management, that they have maintained the highest quality for all these years. I recommend this brand for any of their offerings.

Update 9/28I have been walking about a mile every day for a month on dirt trails and pebbly sand roads with daily abuse; no wear. I did apply shoe glue on the gap on around the bottom of the shoe... I am not sure if that makes a difference. I have not been kind to these shoes.Since I mostly only wear mocasins, I find these outside mocasins extremely cofortable. I like them.My guess is if the front of your shoe, that sticks out a bit, gets caught under anything; the shoe toe will fail.I have another "sale pair of Boat shoes. I have not worn them "yet" just to see if how the shoe fails.I am surpriesed that Sperry does not reply to the shoe failures seeing that they all have the same problem and most all 1/2 feedbacks have pictures.Getting a refund on these shoes would be impossible. Even from long time customers expericing these failuresFirst ReviewThe shoes are on sale and are exactly what I wear throught-out the year. However, several 2023 reviews show, with pictures, the soles coming apart within a month,I carefully inspected them. They look perfect and feel comfortable. So I will wait. I have shoe glues to fix them if they do start showing signs of falling apart. Hopefully this is an isolated problem. I will add to this review if the shoe develops problem.
