My cats love this toy. My only real negative is the charge only lasts about 5 minutes.

Just received this today. After fully charging it we tested it out. Only able to get the high speed out of it, can't manage to get it in low speed. At this speed it is a little to fast and intimidates our 11 year old cat. But I have no doubt she will overcome in the next couple of days. The random feature is Great! It really seems random. It got in a couple of places where I thought it would get stuck. But managed to find an exit.

I'm a little surprised at how small the toy is. It is a rubber ball about 1 inch in diameter with a plastic semicircle attached to it and a bushy tail attached to it. It's very simple - click the button next to it for a few seconds to turn it on and it'll run away! Its direction is random, but that means that when it rolls under a chair or sofa, it will eventually find its way back. This made the cats happy.At first they were hesitant and just watched. Now they just go in there and walk around. They absolutely love this toy. It was kind of funny to listen to it (and them) bang around in the other room, and then the ball whizzed into the room I was in, followed closely by two cats.

My cat absolutely loves this toy! If you're busy and don't have time to play with the old standby cat wands, this is your solution. It zooms around all by itself in every possible direction. The funniest thing to watch is when it suddenly changes direction and comes towards your cat! This is a new direction for most felines and came as quite a shock to my cat. She is thoroughly entertained by this toy. Highly recommended.

My cat is very lazy. It usually gets bored after playing with toys for a minute or two. This fastball toy was the only thing that kept him entertained for a long time. He soon learned to pick it up by its tail and carry it to his favorite spot, and of course once he put it down it would take off again. It does pick up dust (my house is mostly cat hair), but it's easy to remove. I'm gonna buy another one just in case
