I had previously bought and used and went through a 2.5 oz tube of this with great results every time. Every time, I let sit for 24 hours or so, dried, then washed cold and dried again. It stayed perfectly clear as the moment I stamped it every one of those times. I don't know where I got the 24 hours from. But when I started this tube of the same (supposedly?) fabric ink, it doesn't stay on as well once washed. I contacted the company and they said I have to wait 7 days after printing on fabric. These instructions are not on the bottle/ tube at all. There aren't any instructions on it. But even waiting 2 weeks, it doesn't stay on as well as the previous tube which I bought right before they changed the label... it seems to me a wild coincidence or the quality is not as good. Both are opaque white block printing fabric ink from speedball, using the same fabric. Same detergent, same everything except the ink. And now with a longer curing time, still not as good somehow. Very sad because this has been a really great hobby that I've spent a lot of money on and now I have a bunch of ruined clothes with a halfway faded print on them that is too elaborate to just print again - its impossible to match up - I did try, it made it look even worse. Very bummed. I just had similar results with the violet too, it didn't stay solid and crisp, it looks faded and old after one wash on cold. This is depressing.

Overall I'm well pleased with the ink . It covers well . I use a hair dryer on my shirt to hurry the process a bit because I'm impatient. Love this color .

I’m just starting out with lino printing. This is my first try at stamping fabric. I ❤️ how they turned out!
