Heavy duty mailbox, very strong magnet closure. Color was much darker than the copper finish I was expecting. Good quality and size.

This is a cheap mailbox with cast aluminum front. Totally misleading.

It was a mailbox that caught my eye and when it arrived it was even more beautiful when it was right in front of me. It also helps that the mailbox is sturdy. If your in the market for a mailbox and this little beauty catches your eyes - just buy it. You won't be disappointed!

We purchased this mailbox in 2012 and it looked good but now the paint (powder coating) is bubbling on the sides. We are at the beach, so it is a harsh environment. We went for the aluminum box because of that and I thought it would have lasted longer!

Heavy, sturdy. The door attaches with a hinge that spans the width of the door, which is nice. The mailbox fits somewhat well on my existing post. Have had for about a year, though, and the flag became loose a few months in (can't seem to fix it) and door became "stuck" pretty immediately. It chafes on one side as you open and close, showing its relative cheapness. However, it still functions as a mailbox and meets our HOA needs without costing $800 so it will suffice.

Th box is a solid heavy mailbox. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because the description is misrepresented. The opening dimensions are 7" wide and 8" tall. Far from 9"X12". I returned it the same day.

Overall, a very nice quality mailbox. Metal is nice and thick and does not dent at hand pressure like cheap mailboxes do. As previous reviewer noted, magnet was a little strong but that's not a deal breaker. It came with a piece of wood to use as a platform to attach the mailbox to the post.
