Fits well, only complaint is the bottom tab should be bent forwards for a screw to go.

Fits well enough. Not a complete tight match on the curves but it’s behind the seat and works as it shoild.

Simple and easy to instal and hold in place well maybe use some rubber on the sides so it doesn’t rattle around.
