I saw this and thought WTH it looks like something cool to have. Spark plugs are generally good till there are not so this is just another tool to verify it time to replace. I havnt used it yet but I have a bunch of gas powered stuff with plugs. I’ll rate it when I use it. I’m given it 4 stars for how it feels and works. When I actually use it I’ll give it a full review

Besides the cord being a bit short & "The" being misspelled on it... it works great! Catches my eye every time. 😑Worth the buy.. 😁

Very easy to use and adjustability is nice for different rpm ranges. Work great to see if you have a fouled plug.

Finally, a tester I can trust. I can’t tell you how many spark plugs are floating around in my tool trays because I knew they were still good. My previous tester worked well but when I tested them in the block, so many other factors come into play. Out of the 7 or 8 plugs I tested laying around, 4 of them were still good and I’m pretty sure they were all from previously failed tests. Uses an external power supply, so you’re not using the 12v in your vehicle and allows you to test 2 at a time. Comes with a plastic top case for keeping contaminates out of the sockets but it is on the thin side and I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up over time. Great tool for testing plugs and setting gaps. Highly recommend, even for a shade tree mechanic like myself.
