I see the problem on breaddrinks board. Its the solder connections for the red and white connectors. The solder has separated from the through hold lead. Resolder and it should work for awhileThe root cause is the manufacturer did not use connectors with leads that extended far enough through the vias, and I suspect did not use plated through vias. Both would make this solder connection more reliable.

My fuser roller split. I removed the whole fixer unit to inspect it, returned it to the printer and it then started jamming paper by the back. About an inch of paper would stick out, but the sensor wouldn't fire to allow the paper through. It gave me a jammed paper error and demanded I remove the toner cartridges to reset it.I replaced the whole fuser assembly and yet the problem persisted.I found a video on youtube explaining that this can be caused by a broken board connector, however my board looked fine.I removed and inspected it. There's only two components that aren't straight circuit board, and they live under a small black plastic cover on the tiny circuit board that the fuser plugs into on the right hand side..One appears to be a fuse. The other appears to be an LED.This board fixed it. I believe the split roller had caused the fuse to blow. Many thanks.
