This product is a powerful oxygen-based oxidizer. When used regularly, it will eliminate organic contaminants and keep spa water crystal clear. This product will not raise chlorine levels or produce combined chlorine or chloramines which can cause chlorine odor and eye irritation. 1. After every use, add 2 ounces of this product per 500 gallons of water. 2. Run the pump for at least 30 minutes. 3. Turn the jets on and off once or twice after adding this product to improve the treatment.

Works well for keeping the hot tub clean better than chlorine. Give it time to work and then let your tub operate for 20 minutes because it has a very strong smell.

There is no difference in the various brands of the chemicals needed to maintain a hot tub so why not get the best price and the easiest resupply you can find by using Amazon?

Most of these spa treatments have the same basic ingredient in the same amount. So it really comes down to price. This one is reasonable and, therefore, a good choice.
