The grounding slots can accommodate #6 awg wires, which I used, but probably not much bigger. You will need mounting holes, or drill your own. Shipping took ~7 days, seemed a bit long.

I had a little sub panel with a lot of circuits, going through it, and there was just too many ground wires to wire not together. This worked perfectly.
