I have used most of the items included in the kit. They definitely are very useful in the sourdough journey and getting started. As you go along you may figure out the items you can't use but I'm 4 loafs in and still using most all of it.

It was one of my first purchases while starting my sourdough journey. I do like the jar, but the other items didn't work out for me so well. I am not a big fan of the plastic bannetons. Good purchase while starting out and it did help me continue on my journey.

The cutter for the sourdough is to flimsy everything else is awesome. Id buy it again it needed but I'll know not to count on the cutter.
