L=30.7-31.5inch,
XL=31.5-33inch,
XXL=33-37inch,
XXXL=37-40inch

I ordered a small to train in but I could not wear them because they are so incredibly huge even with a small. You can breathe in them because they’re thin.Print is nice but it’d be so nice if they made products for us Women who are in MMAThe cost is a lot. I had to send them back unfortunately

I'm 6'2 n 215 pounds. I'm pretty much an XL across the board with anything I wear but after reading the reviews about how these shorts run small I went with the XXL and they fit perfect. Soni suggest going up one size. Shorts are great n very comfortable n at a good price

Very poor quality both material and print. Size did no fit. I would have gladly returned this but from my location shipment will cost more.... disappointed in Amazon letting such awful goods to be selled here...

I originally got the size I normally am. That is a XL. The XL was way too small. I purchased the XXL. it barely fits. If you get this brand, you have to go about three sizes up just to get something that will fit you the way it’s supposed to.
