I have never gotten a resolution from the Tineco team as my machine is not doing the job. I feel I have a defective product with no response. Returning the machinie.

I was so excited to try this on my horse but the bottle arrived opened and completely empty and I am unable to request a return or replacement. Please help!

The spray top is quite stiff ended up putting it in a different bottle my horse loves this stuff
