I downloaded the software on the site and when the unit is plugged in, the software they provide it just freezes and crashes.

Love how useful this has become in my daily routine. It helps with monitoring the desktops heat and internal processes which is great for when I’m doing heavy loads of editing. Talking of editing, I don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner. Its ease of use and accessible buttons and dials make editing so much quicker and easier. Happily recommend for the price.

If you're looking for an easy-to-use, highly customizable, and responsive stream deck, this SOOMFON Stream Controller SE is an absolute winner. I have been using this stream controller for the past few weeks for numerous tasks, and it has performed well. I have been able to customize it for a multitude of programs. I thought having six active buttons would be limited; however, after a few days of use and programming, six buttons are more than enough if you properly lay out the pages. So, whether you're a content creator, streamer, or multitasker, this device enhances workflow and boosts productivity effortlessly.Customizable LCD Keys & Intuitive ControlsThe six LCD buttons provide clear visual feedback and are fully customizable, allowing me to assign shortcuts to apps, files, media controls, or streaming functions with a single click. The additional three switch buttons and three rotary knobs give me even more control over volume, brightness, scene switching, and even brush size in Photoshop.Integration & Broad CompatibilityThis stream deck works flawlessly with PC and Mac. I integrated it with OBS Studio, Discord, Philips Hue, & photoshop. The included software makes setup a breeze, and within minutes, I had custom shortcuts ready to go.User-Friendly & Ergonomic DesignThe detachable 40° stand allows me to adjust the viewing angle for optimal comfort. It also includes a removable adhesive to keep it securely in place on the desk.Build Quality.The build is actually solid. While the whole controller is made of plastic, it feels robust. The active buttons have a nice soft feel when pushed and bounce back when depressed, and the buttons, including the knobs, are clicky. Turning the knobs is smooth and have sense feedback with the turn of the dial.Plugin Support & Versatile ApplicationsWith access to a wide range of downloadable plugins, I was able to expand functionality effortlessly. Steam Deck系のデバイスは初ですが、思った以上に便利でデザイン性も良くて気に入りました。（動作環境はWindows）本体はプラスチック素材ですが、ダイヤルは金属で高級感あります。ダイヤルを回すとマウスのホイールみたいにクリック感？があって、スムーズに回せます。画像が表示できる６つのボタンは、XboxなどゲームパッドのXYABボタンのような押し心地。その下にある3つの黒いボタンは、カチカチタイプのクリック感です。どのボタンも押し心地は良くて、とくに問題は無いです。ただ、ダイヤルの押し込みクリックだけは硬めです。説明書には日本語もありますが、制御ソフトのDLのURLが書いてるだけの簡素のなもので不親切です。他のレビューでは、使えないと書いてあったので心配でしたが、説明書通りにソフトをDL＆インストールして起動してから本体をUSB接続したら、あっさりデバイスを認識しました。さっそく、1つのボタンをyoutubeのショートカットキーに設定しようとURLを入力したら、勝手にyoutubeのアイコンが設定されて感動。（画像参照）ダイヤルはデフォルトで音量に設定されていますが、左右で回した時にショートカットキーを設定できたり、押し込みクリックにもキーを割り当てられるので自由度は高いです。左のアイコン表示が出来る6つボタンは、任意のショートカットキーやマウスでのマクロや、テキスト入力など、さまざまな挙動を設定できます。下の3つボタンは真ん中ががホームボタンで、左右でメディアボタンのタブを切り替えられます。ただ、直感的に操作はわかるものの、詳細なマニュアルがないので使いこなせているのか不安ですｗこの製品と全く同じ形状で、ソフトも全く同じデバイスの動画がyoutubeにあったので、それを参考にするとわかりやすかったです。「作業効率を上げてくれる🌟Mbox N3をレビュー！！」で検索。自分は、ゲームやExcelやプログラミングエディタなどで使いたいショートカットキーを設定して満足しました。置いてるだけでも格好いいですし、作業も効率化できて大変便利なモノでした。
