I was afraid that I may not find this type of video recording tape any more on the market, so I ordered a few extra ones just to be on the safe side. Good price, quick shipment, good quality. I recorded grandkids graduations, open houses, etc. Worked just fine.

I have an older video recorder that requires 8 mm tapes. These worked OK, but I noticed the tapes are 'loose' at the beginning and some distortion showed up when I watched them - about 5 minutes worth. Perhaps my recorder caused this to happen, but it seems to work fine with higher quality tapes. If I was filming priceless family moments, I would go with the higher quality tapes or get a newer recorder.
