Bought this after losing my eyepiece for my Sony a7r4. This is the Sony branded replacement. Fits perfectly. Is comfortable to use.

I somehow have the ability to knock off this piece from my A9’s too easily and frequently. I have to keep buying replacements. It’s an inconvenience, but at the price point and speed of getting a replacement, it’s not a big deal.

Good price, great packaging, fast delivery. Only issue was that I had to go to the Sony Website to confirm this is the appropriate eye cup for my sony a7riii camera, which I can now confirm is correct. Amazon does not provide this information on its sales page for this item.

This fits the a7iii, and possibly all the other A7 series but this is not the same one that came with my a7iii. The one that came with the A7iii stuck out slightly more and was way softer. I'm a bit disappointed.

If you've lost your eyepiece cup, or just want to spruce up your camera, this is a cheap and easy fix. You can check sony's compatibility tool on their website to make sure it will work with your camera, fit my a7s well.Two little tabs on the bottom squeeze inwards to release the old one and it slides upwards. Slide the new one on down, turn the camera on and take some shots!
