We love this extra large dog kennel for our 72 pound golden retriever and so does he. It is much sturdier than the smaller one we replaced.The wider bars make it more sturdy and secureIt has the side open door that swing shut, then tuck in place when the door is open good product

Horrible! Crate is great if you get all the pieces you need. I did not and they will not answer me. I Gerry rigged the crate because I had to bit I am so not happy with packaging and. Customer service with how much I paid for this.

Assembly instruction #2 says to remove the white inserts It is impossible to get those out and put it together Contacting the seller is All but impossible also The number is out of order and they dont answer the messages from amazon So disappointed in this customer

Just got this crate and went to assemble it only to find missing parts. Also had some minor damage from shipping. Top rails were bent but I was able to get them straightened out enough to put together.***UpdateFollowing the email I sent to vendor about the missing parts, they responded quickly and sent them to me so I could get the crate completely assembled.We’ve got a Walker Treeing Hound that we adopted. We think she was mistreated in her former home. She has extreme separation anxiety and likes to destroy things when left out when we are not at home. We initially had a standard wire kennel thinking it would be sufficient. WRONG, she shredded it too! She’s been using this kennel for about a month and haven’t had any issues and she can’t bend the bars to get out like she did the wires in the old kennel.

The crate is sturdy and easy to move with casters. The tray came cracked and the seller responded immediately and replace the damaged part within the week! Excellent customer service!! Would not hesitate to recommend! Would like to buy additional non locking casters if available. Can you ask seller to recontact us please Thanks ever so much!
