Great product. No assembly necessary. Seems sturdy. Only time will tell. Easy use: fold & store OR unfold & use as a bench or to kneel on. Helps you stand up as you can lean on handles. Nice pockets to hold your gardening tools while using it.

I use this for so many different things no just planting and weeding. Anytime that I might use knee pads for I use this instead. Painting base boards, cleaning lower cabinets, it's very sturdy, easy to use and fold up when done. You can hang it or it can easily go behind a door. After I bought mine I started buying as gifts and everyone so far has loved this own.

This chair is so easy to get up and down from . I like the pockets too to store my gardening tools in.It’s very sturdy and the padding is good too. Price is better than what u see on Facebook ads.

As I get older, my knees aren’t what they used to be but I still enjoy gardening. I thought I would try this product. The cushion is comfortable to kneel on and the supports on the sides are sturdy and a great idea to help someone with bad knees greater ease in standing up. I did find the tool bags a annoying so I didn’t use them and took them off. I also found the seat to be comfortable and close enough to the ground that you can easily work in the garden while seated. Overall a great product and very sturdy. Would definitely recommend it.

This product is wonderful. It is very sturdy, and folds, unfolds, and carries with ease. I immediately used it to repair a few sprinklers in my yard, and it allowed me to work and still have full, close to the ground, access to my tools and equipment. It kept my clothes from getting dirty and wet.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

First of all, the handy kneeler/bench comes already assembled and ready to unfold. Storage pockets(included) can be added on both sides of the bench option, or you can leave them off. The kneeler is well cushioned, and getting up is easy with the legs acting as sturdy handrails. I actually prefer the bench option, which allows me to lean in close to my tasks and move along easily as needed. The bench could be useful for non gardening activities as well due to its fold-ability and light weight. This is a must have for aging gardeners!

I am 6 ft tall with Multiple Sclerosis. I use it to garden especially when I have to kneel down. Without it, since my quads don't work, it would be impossible for me to stand back up again. It is very sturdy and saves space since it folds up. Foam cushion is very thick and comfortable. I not only use it to sit to groom plants, but have found it handy when I need to sit lower where I can't use my 3-step step ladder because it won't fit in the same space or my fanny won't fit on the step 😄 Love it and the convenient tool pouch that just slides over the end "handle." I only purchased the stool that came with one pouch since my MS causes my to have balance issues, so can't carry alot. But if you are able to carry heavier items, you may want to consider additional pouches. Worth every penny - should've bought one years ago!

Its great to help me get up and down, much easier than a normal knee pad, so sturdy to get up with. And I use it to sit on and do pruning too so I am well pleased with it. Would recommend it to any gardener, not just me who is getting on a bit ! Great idea.

This is the best product I’ve ever bought from Amazon. I was shopping for one of those little pads to use for kneeling while gardening and came across this. It’s a huge upgrade from a pad! It’s more substantial, well-made and has increased my love of gardening many times over.The pad itself is extremely comfortable and has the side benefit of helping keep your knees clean. It’s made of a slightly spongey material, that helps keep you comfortable for hours, literally. I’ve used it a lot since I got it and my opinion is that it will provide years of use.The mechanism to fold & unfold the legs is easy to use and very safe. It snaps into place every time with no effort on my part.I’m 5’4” and find that the two height settings work very well for me but since there’s no adjustment possible that may not be the case for everyone.The biggest, most pleasant surprise is how sturdy the pockets for tools are. I expected them to be flimsy and not especially very well made, and I’m very pleased that I was wrong. I put multiple tools (including clippers & scissors) in each of the 4 sections per pocket and so far they’re holding up quite well.And finally, the cost. When I first saw the listing, I wasn’t 100% sure it was worth $40. The only reason I felt comfortable ordering it was because I knew how easy it would be return it if I wanted to. As it turns out, this is one of those things that once I got it I can’t believe I’ve gardened all these years without one!|

Original review: Overall I am happy with this item - it met (but did not exceed) my expectations. Gardening has been something I really struggle with since developing back problems and this item will greatly enhance my ability to get back to a passion of mine, so in that regard I do recommend the product. I didn't find the plastic leg protector things to be particularly useful. In order for them to work they need to be the point of contact with the floor/ground and that creates some wobble. There is also some concerning wiggle/noise when making any sort of lateral/side-to-side movements while seated on the stool. The stool is rated for 330 pounds and from a pure weight capacity standpoint the stool is very sturdy. I do not have any concerns about it's ability to support my 300-pound frame when sitting still, but the wiggle makes me suspect that if I were to make a sudden lateral shift with the stool supporting all of my weight or perhaps if I were to sit down while coming in hard at a sharp angle that something would bend or break.Update: After perhaps one hour of use (sitting on it and bending down to pull weeds, VERY light use) one of the legs is indeed now bent inward (picture attached) making what was already a wobbly stool now unusable. I am going to contact the manufacturer and will update the review if/when I hear back.Update Part 2: I contacted them explaining the problem and asking if there was any sort of warranty, even offering to pay for a repair myselfz The seller immediately sent a replacement at no charge. The replacement does not have the initial wiggle that my original stool came with so I suspect the original had a minor bend in it from the beginning. I'm bumping my rating to 4 stars because while not amazing, I do like the product, and customer service couldn't have been better.
