I usually get my soil tested from state university. I saw this test and found it very interesting and the results I got were on par with the university soil tests. I think it’s more important to know what this test provides. Soil activity! Knowing when to add fertilizer is so important to minimize waste, spend less money and optimize garden performance.

I like this kit, it is well made and easy to use. Has not revealed anything earth shattering about my soil, plus or minus, so not sure it is necessary unless you are really into science-y stuff!

This met our needs for start up and was highly recommended by US Composting Council during a conference that I sent my foreman to attend. Also user friendly and easy to understand.
