These light great and look nice, but the design going into the ground could be better. My toddler went to grab one out and easily broke one. That's not the product fault per say, but the two parts aren't super secure and could have the two parts connect better. If you don't have little monsters running around your yard you probably won't need to worry about this. They do light up bright and look quite nice.

When I first opened the box of these mini solar lights, I was VERY skeptical of how well they would work, they are so small! Compared to what I was replacing, which was more than three times the size, I thought there was no way these would produce enough light. Thankfully, I was wrong! These little LED lights work very well! The put out a great amount of light, especially for their size. I placed them along the front of my house, as our property is very dark with no streetlights and they're perfect. These lights give my front of my home and the walkway a nice blueish/white glow, it's really quite pretty. I'm very pleased with this set of lights; they work phenomenally well and would highly recommend them.

I live in a rural area with minimal artificial light and a long, curved driveway that’s tricky to back up in the dark. I was looking for ground marker lights to improve visibility, so I decided to give these a try. They come pre-charged and have a switch on the bottom to turn them on. After letting them charge naturally for a couple of days, I noticed they kick on at dusk and last about six hours on average. That’s not ideal if you’re leaving for work early in the morning before daylight. This was with a mix of sun and clouds, so I think it’s a fair test. In the summer, with longer days to charge, they might hold out a bit longer. Overall, they seem like a solid value for what they offer.They were super easy to assemble, though I definitely had to loosen the ground before installing them. They look nice and work well as marker lights, as long as you’re okay with the shorter battery life.

I got these to go with the disc up lights I had purchased before. I like having them down the side of my home leading down the easement to my back gate and then the woods. (I’m an end of group townhome and there’s no light between my house and next door).These match but they are TINY. More something to highlight a flower bed than to put next to the sidewalk. I’m going to put down mulch and put some of these around. Inside of a hanging basket. Next to my mini Buddha statue. And in a memorial area with roses for my sister, mom, and dad to light up the American flag thanking them for their service to our nation.I think you would need a lot of these to get the desired effect shown in the photo (I only got 8).

This review is for: SOLPEX Mini Solar Ground Lights, 8 Pack Solar Lights Outdoor Waterproof, Pathway Lights Solar Powered, Solar Garden Lights, Landscape Lighting for Yard Driveway Walkway (Cool White). The item is a set of 8 mini solar "puck" lights. These are MINI lights and are about 2.75 inches in diameter. The silver part of each light is metal. They seem to charge sufficiently in moderate sun and (at least when new). Each light contains a photo-sensor and they are designed to turn on when it gets dark, and turn off in daylight. The sensors on the lights are very "sensitive". The sensor actually keeps the lights on in typical indoor room illuminated by lights, they turn off if taken near a window and exposed to sunshine. They do turn off when outdoors. All 8 lights were received in working order. There is an on-off switch on the bottom of each light so you can turn then off if they are not needed. I noticed air bubbles over the small solar panels, which appeared to be under a small piece of plastic protecting the panel. I pealed the small piece of clear plastic off the solar panel, and the bubbles are gone. The included instruction sheet does not instruct the user to remove this plastic covering; however, many solar panels contain a clear plastic protective covering over the solar panels when purchased. There is a very small "tab" sticking off this plastic covering. If you locate the small tab, it can be easier to remove the protective plastic covering from the panels. Although they do not appear to be designed for easy battery replacement, each light is powered by a AAA-size rechargeable battery. The top of the light can be carefully twisted and opened to find the battery if replacement is needed in the future, or to remove the battery for proper disposal. A few of my lights were very easy to twist open; others not so easy. If you open a light, care must be taken to make sure the thin black gasket is properly seated when you replace the top or the light will no longer be water resistant. Powered by a small AAA battery, I assume these will be a one or two season item, like many value priced "solar powered" lights. They are "cute" solar "puck" lights great for accent lighting a pathway, garden beds or other areas where you want a little spot of light. A nice change from the larger "standard" size puck lights. Generally function as expected.

Cute little solar puck lights! They are small, but pretty bright. There's an on/off switch in the back, which come in handy. Especially where I'm at where we don't get a lot of sunlight. I turn them off late at night so they don't expend too much energy. There is a film on each of the face, so remember to peel Tha toff prior to using and get the full solar effects.

These Mini Solar Ground Lights are fantastic! Super easy to install, and they give off a bright, cool white glow that adds a sleek touch to my yard. They charge well during the day and stay lit for hours. Perfect for illuminating pathways, driveways, and garden spaces.
