I recently purchased a replacement padded ear piece for my Bose headphones, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The installation was quick and easy, and the new padding fits perfectly. I was in two minds buying these replacement ear-pads for my Bose QC 35 II after the original ear-pads suddenly started to fall apart. I wasn't sure whether I should buy the BOSE replacements, or SoloWIT (with lambskin covers and thicker foam). I'm really glad I chose the latter. They fitted perfectly and easily. It took less than five minutes to take the original covers off and click their replacements in place.The foam on the SoloWIT covers is substantially thicker than the original (although, to be fair to Bose this might be an age thing). Likewise, the lambskin cover feels thicker and much higher quality (with the same caveat).The new covers have made my earphone look new. And its not only an aesthetic upgrade, they now sound fantastic. The new covers improve the bass and efficiency of the noise cancellation (NC). For example, I had been using the NC set to high, now the low setting is more than good enough. Plus, music in playing in a cafe doesn't leak in to the cans like it did before.Bottom line: If you have a pair of Bose QC 35 earphones, you should invest in these replacement ear pads. Even if the original pads look OK.
