This unit gives a surprising amount of light. We mounted it inside of a different casing and put it in our side pasture. By one of the gates. It illuminates about a 20 foot wide circle. We have it at about a 7 foot height. Nice bright light. But do you remember if it’s a cloudy day, it will not recharge itself properly. Meaning you might not have light that night, but that’s all solar lights.

Very bright and impressive. However, I wish I could adjust light sensitivity when it comes on automatically. It’s in my shed and at dusk it’s kind of dark inside shed but won’t come on until super dark. Otherwise, I’m very impressed and works great!

Wasn’t sure if this would work, but gave it a try. Needed light in my small storage shed. This installed very easily and provides adequate lighting to see at night.

Needed this light to work from a solar panel for my outhouse and it is perfect. You can dim the light down have it warm or cool white and it looks really cool.

Works very and easy to install how ever needs to be in direct sunlight for a while to get charged and on cloudy days doesn’t work at all

Bought this to add to the lighting in my gazebo in the backyard. I have the smaller solar lights around the inside of the gazebo but sitting at night i needed more light for reading . This light fits the bill absolutely!! I love that it’s solar powered so there’s no electric cords dangling all over and it looks very neat and stylish. It has many light settings which is good BUT i am still trying to figure them out. The print in the little booklet that comes with it is extremely small so it’s hard to figure out what i am supposed to do for the settings i want. This is not a deal breaker through.. and even though it’s solar the brightness and length of use is great. It works for hours and i have not had it die out on me yet I highly recommend this light if you want solar, no cords to deal with and brightness for night time use, or even rainy day use. The price was a bit high but it really is worth it.

I purchased 2 of the lights for use in my Pop up canopy/1st up. When camping I do not have access to electricity where I put my 1st ups. These lights are bright, but also dimmable, and last throughout the night from just solar charging. I recommended this light to my sister who will be putting it in the backyard shed that does not have electricity running to it! Thinking about getting one for the garage for those quick trips out to find a screwdriver- so I can save electricity from flipping on the switch all the time.

This light is mounted in a 8X12 shed. Set to mode 4 so light comes on fully when motion activated, day and night. Later when it gets dark the light switches to mode 1, dim light when the shed is closed up and no motion. Light comes on bright when motion detected and goes back to dim after 20 sec. I reset mode to 4 every night and it works perfectly until dark the next day, then light changes back to mode 1 again until I manually change it back to mode 4. This cycle repeats every day. Battery has never been discharged below 25% and recharges daily to 100%.Why does this light change itself back to mode 1 every day?Edit: tried changing to mode 2 instead of mode 4. Light still changes back to mode 1 when it gets dark again. This seriously limits the usefulness of this light. Had it not taken this long to figure out what is hapening with the light I would have returned it.It seems well built, but functionality is faulty. As it is now, I do NOT recommend this item.
