Where do I even start with this so-called "long-lasting" windshield repellent? I had high hopes for the SOFT99 Ultra Glaco, expecting it to deliver on its promise of keeping rain and water at bay for months. Instead, I got a measly 70ml bottle of frustration that barely lasted a week before my windshield was a smeary, streaky mess again. Applying it was a nightmare—sticky, uneven, and left a weird haze that made driving at night feel like peering through a foggy kaleidoscope.The "water repellent" claim? Laughable. A light drizzle turned my windshield into a blurry canvas of droplets that refused to bead or roll off like the product brags about. I followed the instructions to a T—cleaned the glass, applied it carefully, waited for it to dry—but it still performed worse than a dollar store spray. For the price, I expected something miraculous, not a glorified placebo that wears off faster than cheap cologne. Save your money and your sanity; this stuff is an overhyped letdown that doesn’t even deserve a spot in your garage. One star—if I could give zero, I would.

I’m very satisfied with this coating. It’s been a few months and it is still holding strong after applying 2 layers. I’ve used the Adam’s glass coating in the past and was very unsatisfied when it didn’t even last a month.I will definitely buy again when I run out of this bottle.

This windshield water repellent works amazingly well. Once applied, it keeps your view clear even in heavy rain without needing the wipers. The durability is impressive, lasting quite a while after just one application. It's easy to use, so anyone can apply it. Especially recommended for rainy seasons or areas with frequent rain. The price is reasonable, making it a great value!

When applied correctly this will last a good amount of time if you don't use the wipers all the time. The glass really should be polished out with a glass polish then cleaned with a good prep wipe like gyeon prep for example. Then apply the coating, let cure a few minutes and wipe off. Very easy and great water beading once fully cured. Love it! I don't write positive reviews often so..

After using RainX and Aquapel, I find this effective, reasonably long lasting and WAY easier to use. It buffs off with very little effort. I’ve done 3 windshields and two side windows with the 1st bottle. I think there is enough for another windshield. I’m buying it again.

It does bead, but the quickness of the water beads to sheet off the windshield is dependent on the weight/size of the water droplet/beads. If it’s small, doesn’t really help a whole lot. Not entirely impressed based on the video reviews I’ve seen. It does bead very well but that’s not what I need on my windshield. I need the water to repel off fast enough that I don’t use the wipers. Otherwise doesn’t really make a difference. I have to go at least around 45mph for the beads to start moving. I’ll probably try their other product that’s supposed to be better at slower speeds. Otherwise durablility is great. I’ve had to use my snow scrappers, windshield wipers and fluid often and still beading.

This product was so easy to use. Glaco spreads easy and wipes off easy..1. MAKE SURE YOUR WINDSHIELD IS CLEAN. Do everything you can to get road grime and bird poop off you windshield. Some people finish cleaning with residue free 50/50 D.I. Water and alcohol.2. APPLY: Use handy dandy applicator like your using a shoe polish bottle. Smear Glaco from nice felt applicator all over glass surface. Spread on full coat lengthwise then overlapping streaks width-wise3. LET DRY: for 5-10 minutes. The stuff dries kind of powdery.4. WIPE OFF: Use a nice clean microfiber towel to wipe off..Extra notes: The yellow bottle stuff works well, but goes on a little oily and wipes off with more smudges. (watch Pan the Organizer on Tube)
