Great product, shipping problem, product spilled from one of the bottles inside the box and onto the other bottles, that had to be cleaned. Since it has bleach, it was not very nice to have to clean off the 6 bottles and the carboard box could not be recycled.

l like this product, but was definitely not happy when it arrived. The box was wet and we lost two of the bottles where the tops had come off and contents spilled everywhere! A third bottle had the top partially off and lost almost half of the contents. I would really like a partial refund or the lost items replaced.

I recently received the Dial 1670927 Soft Scrub with Bleach, 36oz and I breathed a sigh of relief when I picked up the box from my front door and found that there was no leakage of product. I had ordered this product separately due to the reviews I'd read here, but AMZ combined my orders and a dvd was also shipped with the Soft Scrub. I believe the packaging must have been improved, as each of the 6 items was enclosed in its own plastic bag inside the manufacturer's box and then enclosed in an Amazon smiley-face box.I think this item was a good buy as I paid under twenty three dollars for a 6-pk of 36oz bottles. I might even be generous and give away a couple bottles. Soft Scrub with Clorox is a very efficient, effective cleaner. The only caution I have is, don't dress like Beaver Cleaver's mother when using it, or you will end up wearing tie dye of the 60s and 70s.

5 stars for the price and product....but I felt lucky mine did not arrive in a mess like some people have described.....the bottles do not have any type plastic seal etc. and could easily come open. I would definitely recommend not ordering another item in the same order. I ordered three bottles of Mrs. Myers hand soap in the same order and one of those bottles had the cap half on and half of it had spilled out....made a mess but at least not bleach and did not damage anything like leaking bleach would have....

Dial 1670927 Soft Scrub with Bleach, 36oz Bottle (Pack of 6) I must say I was not aware that Soft Scrub was a Dial product. This again is a great quantity for the price. Also, I will mention that it is a great multipurpose cleaning material that was requested by the cleaning crew that cleans my office. Today I ordered this early in the morning this morning and the 6 pack was here along with other items in the same evening.
