The product arrived with about half the contents spilled out of the bag and damp which could really be an issue if you don't know what you're doing with a strong base however i was able to use the remaining chemical in the bag and it worked as expected. I may order again in the future and hope it was a fluke

Bag was broken inside box upon receiving. Seems unsafe for both the consumer and Amazon fulfillment to be handling the package like this. Not good stuff to get on your skin or potentially ingest or get into your eyes.Didn't weigh it but I dumped everything into an air tight bucket for storage. Will be using this to clean a deck.Hopefully its quality chemical regardless.

I was nervous ordering after reading the other reviews, but I wanted to get my deck washed over the weekend and this listing said it would get there tomorrow.Sure enough. The package came within 24 hours. The product was packaged / shipped well. The cleaner worked great. I sprayed it on my deck at about 6oz/gallon of water, pressure washed, and then applied oxalic acid at about 6oz/gallon of water. Deck looks better than ever. I had tried some premixed stuff from a hardware store, and didn't work nearly as well as the advice from some random internet guy.

This is the second time I purchase from this seller and both times the product came bursted in the shipping box, the shipping box was black from the reaction with the metasilicate and it didn’t work well as if it was not potent. I gave them a second chance but it seems this product is overall very low quality. Also it’s non returnable so the joke is at your expense.

Not sure how much product was lost prior to me receiving it, not sure I received 10lb. Haven't had a chance to use product yet so can't give a review on performance at this time.
