i was on the fence for this due to reviews but it was well worth the buy, just dont expect it to be a floodlight.They are small led’s that mostly “glow” rather than illuminate. Still very visible in the day, and at night people will think you have some crazy expensive RGB kit.I use mine as replacement DRL lighting on a c5 corvette, they lasted 3 months so far (knock on wood) in new england winter! For that they get 5 stars in my book. i plan to get another set when these eventually fail.

Arrived with a battery installed in the remote, so that was a nice bonus. Quick 2 minute install on my 2001 Yamaha 650 V-Star. As shown in the pictures, it works as expected. 5 stars.

Quality is good and all functions ( changing colors and brightness by remote) work for my dome lights. It does just fit into my gen 1 Chevy Volt. However, the LED at the end is right against the light cover, so time will tell if the tip LED’s ever get hot enough to melt the cover a bit.

I got these to replace the license plate bulbs on my 2021 Chevy Colorado. The bulb fits the socket but its to long to fit inside the bulb housing.

I have landscape lighting that I used to change the bulbs to match the holiday. I used to have to take the light apart to change the bulbs. I would have to do that 24 times because I have 24 lights. Now with these, I only have to point a remote at the light to change its color. The color stays changed even when powered off, with a timer. I now have colors I didn't have before, and they are bright too. I had to change the transformer to a DC power supply though because the old one was AC. So those of you who have a T5 socket in your landscaping lights and want to have colors that change with the seasons EASILY, these are the bulbs to get and buy at least one set with its proprietary remote. EVERYONE TELLS ME HOW MUCH THEY LOVE THESE LIGHTS ON OUR HOUSE. THEY EVEN STOP THEIR CARS TO TELL ME SO!

Great bulb that can do many colours/effects. However, you should know that the remote can only change the colour/effect of the bulb when the remote is about a foot/300mm away from the bulb, so you cannot change the colour/effect when you are driving/sitting in the car, as the remote is too far away from the bulb, so just make sure you set the colour before you drive off.

These lights are amazing! I've had LED lights before and they would have a slight glow even when the car is off, but these DON'T do that at all.Another thing I should note is the remote works well but when it gets hot from sitting in the car during the day, it will not work. When the remote cools off it works so, I'd recommend to keep it in a cool spot and not in the center console while it's hot outside. Other than that these lights are exactly as advertised, the color changing aspect is smoother than expected. By far one of the best colored LEDs I've ever seen!

These are AWESOME! Put them in the corner lights of my 92 Honda Accord in the clear part and boy I tell you they sure do get all kinds of attention. Love the “cop lights” obviously you don’t want to drive around with that setting but parking lots are fun. Would be great for tail gating, car meets etc. make sure you turn the light on before you put it back in because it may need to be flipped. I also really love that upon pressing a color twice it starts strobing that color. I absolutely love these. I was looking for purple 194 LEDs but once I got these I will always replace them with these. Now I have ALL colors, FUN! The remote must be pointed directly at the LEDs in order for them to recognize the remote so it can’t be changed from inside the car but that’s ok considering it’s illegal to have your lights changing colors/flashing while on public roadways. Brightness is great considering the amount of chips and the size of the bulb itself. To anyone that gives these a bad review for the off/on button you may need to take a step back for a second and use your head... The light itself must have power to it BEFORE you can turn it on/off. Let’s say you have 4 of these and 20 other lights on your car but the engine is off, you can turn some of them off while keeping others on to save battery or whatever. I think it’s kind of cool since I leave my lights on a lot. 10 out of 10. Will be buying another pair but I would LOVE the option for a discount if you buy larger packs. Please add packs of say 4 and 10! I would definitely buy a larger pack if the price dropped.
