Soft to the touch, very squishy and comfy. Feels very high quality. It easily rolls back up, clips closed, and fits back in the nice bag it comes with. Almost everything about it is awesome, but my big complaint is that I bought a small and I still wish it would squeeze a little tighter. If my head falls forward at all, my chin or the back of my neck can easily slip or push between the ends of the pillow even when the strap is tightened completely. When that happens, the pillow is way less snug and it doesn't support my neck like it should, allowing my head to fall forward and making the nape of my neck sore instantly.

The product is fine but the return policy was such a pain. I had to return it to the UK and pay for the shipping myself. Many weeks later the status shows that the product never register as received by them.

This is the best travel neck pillow I have ever tried or had. You can use it multiple ways, it’s very soft, light weight and comes in its carry bag. I had a 14 hour flight and this was a life saver. I normally have a hard time sleeping on flight or getting comfortable and this worked great.

Lo primero que me ha llamado la atención, es que no parece un producto chino. Los acabados el material son inmejorables. La funda es suave. Si me dicen que es un producto alemán, me lo trago. La presentación es espectacular. La caja viene cerrada con un sello holográfico. Las instrucciones aunque vienen en inglés, con fotografías grandes y a todo color. Y luego el producto en una funda con su mosquetón. Y para rematar he recibido el producto un día antes, bravo por Amazon. Nada con la que he tenido que devolver hace una semana, vale la pena pagar un poquito más. Estoy deseando empezar mi viaje dentro de dos semanas.

Even though I cannot sleep on a plane, I noticed during my last 10 hours flight that my comfort improved significantly. My head was more stable and my neck kept warm. It’s not perfect, but much better than other pillows.

I purchased this after doing a bit of research and used it for the first time on a 15 hour flight. First, it takes up too much space. Second - which I didn’t think was actually possible - it gave me more neck pain, not less. I am one of those people that pitches forward when they fall asleep on planes so I thought this would help stop me from doing that. It did but instead made my neck incredibly sore. I tried it several different ways but you cannot sit flush against your seat with this thing on and it’s just downright uncomfortable. A total fail for me.

I bought a small for myself because with other travel pillows my chin would slip through. I also bought a regular for my partner. We flew probably 30 hours over the course of our trip and we nearly entirely defeated jetlag because we got so much sleep. I love that I could change the positioning of the pillow to get as many different sleep positions as possible on a plane. I even used it as a pillow on my tray a few times to give my back a stretch. The space it takes up when rolled is about the size of a softball. I would happily pack one less shirt to accommodate it, but it also clips to the outside of your bag. I can't get over how I didn't have a sore neck or back for the first time ever from sleeping while flying. Game changer! Oh and the fabric is soft and did not make my neck too warm. Just get it!

I tried Trtl and various other brands of travel pillows. They all pushed my Bose headphones up. (FYI, I have a short neck.) The shape of this pillow seemed like it might work with them. Yup! No issues at all. In fact, the pillow was comfortable. It also doesn't take much room in my carry-on either.

I’ll start off by saying that I am very particular about things I bring onto a plane and what I’ll do. I am on the ASD spectrum, so I take literally everything into account. I know what I’ll need when I’m bored, or when I need to rest, if I’m able to get any. I need neck support while sleeping in sitting position. This pillow is adjustable, plus not too hard or soft. The texture is great. Smooth and comfy. It’s also pretty sturdy and not flimsy and loose like other travel neck pillows. It was perfect on my most recent 4 hour flight. I 100% will take this with me for my next long haul flight to Tokyo next year. Best travel pillow ever! You can take my word for it.

Seriously the best travel pillow I have ever purchased. I have used it on two red eyes so far and woken up without my neck feeling stiff and awful, like what would ordinarily happen. There are also so many different positions you can put it in depending on how you usually sleep. It's super comfortable and you are able to compress it for storage easily without having to get it absolutely perfect like some of the other travel pillow cases. The clip on the travel bag is also very helpful because I am able to just clip it to my backpack instead of having to stuff it in with some of my other things. Overall this is an excellent value. I am 5'6" and got the small one and it fits perfectly for my height.
