Bought this for my mother's memorial celebration for margaritas, snocones for kids and it was great although I never did the snocones but the margaritas were a hit! for the price to be used at home or a small business it's great.

We had several functions this summer and into the fall where we got together at the church and at the park and were able to use this and make slushy cones for everybody. They absolutely loved it. We had about 15 different flavors so we could just squirt whatever flavors on top after it, shave the ice Didn’t we didn’t have any challenges and felt that this was a very high-quality durable product.

*Updated review. After receiving the ice machine with a missing screw, the company contacted us. They were able to help us get the exact screw we needed and were super apologetic about the entire matter. Our machine works awesomely, and we have been able to make shaved ice just like at the fairs. It’s been an awesome summer treat since you can even order the special syrups on Amazon. The ice is exactly like you’d expect, and it actually goes a of further than you’d think.I was so excited to get this shaved ice machine, and when it arrived I was impressed by the packaging. It was packaged in a thick cardboard open top box and was super secure inside there. However, once we got it open we realized that the handle wasn’t attached, and there wasn’t any hardware included to attach it. The instructions were horrible and didn’t include any details on parts or contacts, so after several visits to a hardware store we were finally able to find a screw set that mostly fit, although it’s a little loose still. This was by far the most frustrating part, because you want to be able to use a product without having to go through multiple steps just to get there.I will say that the machine is decently sized, and it does crush ice once you can use it. You get the fluffier kind of ice, and it falls into a rectangular plastic tub that is easy to pull out and to clean. Water cat build up on the outside though, so just keep that in mind if you leave it out too long. The machine is a shiny stainless steel, and it’s definitely on the heavier side. You definitely need a good bit of space to operate it, and it’s definitely not quiet either. However, you get a ton of fluffy better than snow-cone ice, and it’s super fun for parties.
