The snowblower arrived very quickly and the packaging was great. Were only a few steps to finish assembling it. It's a very nice looking blower. Can't rate yet as to how it works, as we haven't had any measurable snow as of this review. That is why I've only given it the 4 star rating. I'm hoping it will do what the other reviewers say.

We got about 1 to 1.5 inchs of snow a couple of days after this arrived. It snowed overnight. I got outside to give this a try around 1pm. It was intermittent snow for about 3 hrs. Nothing to write home about. I have a wheelchair ramp in the front of my house I have to keep clear. I got my new toy out and first thing I made absolute notice of is the combersom weight of this thing. I'm 63 and kind of small so I had to sort of manhandle it to maneuver it. I started on the back porch sidewalk that's used regularly. It started up easily and the paddle begins to spin. I started to push it and it hit a very minor raise in one of the concrete squares. All the safety buttons were quite a pain in my backside. Then at every natural break between sidewalk squares it would get hung up and I would have to wrestle with it to get it to move forward. I didn't see almost no snow being thrown. What I did notice when I got to an open flat area like in my driveway heading to the ramp I still saw little to no snow being thrown. Even in areas of obvious deeper patches of snow. It was however acting like a snow plow. It easily moved the snow like a plow. It was quite effortless in the wide open spaces. Still little to no snow being thrown. I had piles of pushed snow about 4 inches deep and still didn't see much throwing as I pushed the shovel into the piles to see how far it would throw it. It was a heavy snow. Kind of wet so I'm sure that had something to do with it's mediocre performance. I will wait until significant snow falls to make actual judgement and will update. I'm not just saying that...I do update my posts. But because of the battery life and it did push snow easier than a regular shovel I will hold strict judgement. But at this point I am less than thrilled but hopeful.

This product didn't perform as advertised. Not made with any quality. It came damaged and when I contacted the manufacture twice they never followed up with my concern. Return this item. Don't recommend this product.

I recently received this snow blower, and the first thing I noticed is how beautiful the color is—it really stands out compared to other models on the market. I chose it after reading about its features, especially the high-torque gears, which seem perfect for dealing with the deep snow we typically get here in Boston. Although I haven’t had a chance to use it yet since winter hasn’t arrived, I’m excited to see how well it performs. The lithium-ion snow shovel is supposed to clear snow much faster than a traditional shovel, which sounds like a game-changer. So far, I’m impressed with its design and features, and I’m hopeful it will live up to expectations!
