I was given several packs of cloth diapers for a baby shower gift, but there was no way to secure them. I found this product and it arrived exactly as advertised. They are made from a bendable plastic that does not seem easily broken. I only had 1 week of experience with cloth diapering and it is not for me. I would recommend if someone was trying it to purchase this product, it allows for a better security.

I struggled to use diapers pins and was always nervous about potentially sticking baby by accident. When I broke my finger diaper pins were impossible…Then I discovered Snappi. The best! Easy to use. No worrying about anyone being poked by a pin. Quick and effective.Grandparents can use it. Baby sitters can do it. Makes cloth diapering easier.Baby is rolling and super wiggly now. I can still get that Snappi on and secure the diaper. I can’t imagine wrestling a wiggly baby with a diaper pin.Excellent invention.

Snappi brand diaper fasteners are terrific, they fasten really easily and they stay on the diaper.Ours have been used for 2 years and the survivors are going strong. (The only reason we needed new ones is that we have lost some because they are small and we are disorganised.)

We bought these to help fit diapers that are too big for our daughter but want her to grow into. We bought larger diapers thinking we could skip a size to save on cost, but she was having blowouts everytime, so I got these so we could sort of make shift make them smaller and it totally works. They’re easy to use, one sort of broke already but it was fixable. If we didn’t buy workhorse diapers that already hadSnaps, I would totally use these.

I was using safety pins on my prefolds before, but these are so much better! I didn't buy snappis for a while because as everyone knows, cloth diapering is a bit expensive at first. It seemed hard to spend $10 on a fastener when I could use that money to buy a diaper cover or more prefolds. A pack of 4 cloth diapering safety pins only cost $1 at walmart and that is what I used in the beginning. They worked just fine and I got good at using them, but honestly; I was concerned that one day I'd stick my baby with them. I would always put my own hand at the point to protect my baby and that way if someone was going to get pricked - it would be me (I have pricked myself BTW - Babies are wiggly!). The problem with pins are; you really have to pull the prefold quite tight at the waist to get a good fit with your diaper. It is much more efficient to use something the pulls 3 ways (it is hard to explain - but trust me- these are way better!). Don't hesitate to buy them - They are worth it!

I have used the original product years ago when the Snappi was just put on the market from a stay at home mom who sold baby products from home!! That was back in the day before Amazon was all the craze!! ;) The Snappi's of yore were thicker and seemed more sound to pull and stretch! The current version I received has a flatter design which I can't complain about; it makes sense! I'm just worried about the thinness, hoping they don't break easily! I've read great reviews so..... Only time will tell if the new updated version of The Snappi hold up as well as their older original version! I had 3 of the older model and they lasted for 3 years with daily use!! They lasted on average about a year each. Two did break and third was left in drawer and became brittle over time. They are still a breeze to work with!! I do recommend using the end tabs to cover the sharp teeth when it is not in use! The tabs were put there for that purpose and NOT TO PULL and stretch the fastener! Simply hold the white grip to secure the fastener on!! Hope that helps anyone who might have broke a few or broke the flappy tabs!!I do also love the color options, the purple and gray are my fav!!! As, only mint green was available to me way back when!!

**Edit** - After 4 months of heavy use one of the Snappis finally broke. The part that broke was the little tab that you pull, specifically the bottom one. While the Snappi is still usable, it's a little more cumbersome. I could see why you would need multiple now. Also, another note, is that to me it feels like the Snappi is a little stretched out. My wife doesn't think so but it feels almost like a rubber band that's been used heavily. Still 5 stars though.Being a new parent and venturing into the cloth diapering world, I never considered that this product would be necessary. Probably due to my own negligence and not doing enough research but when my wife showed me a demo video I thought it looks too good to be true. How does it stay put? Won't the little teeth go through the fabric? It looked like magic. Now that I have them and have been using them for the last couple weeks I'm a believer in both cloth diapering and this product. For reference, we are using the pre folds from green mountain diaper. Using them is a *snap* :-D. Literally just hook it onto one side of the diaper , hook the opposing side and pull the last part down and you're done. Even at 3am it's so easy I don't even need to think about it.I have yet to have one fall off, break, or otherwise fail me in anyway. Very glad that this exists to make cloth diapering a viable option.
