The cross bars did not fasten securely to our car. We have a Kia Telluride 2024. We were driving down the freeway and the bars came flying off the top of our car. with our car topper carrier still attached. I would not buy these if you have a Kia Telluride 2024.

These work great. Installation was quick and simple and they look and perform just as good as the OEM racks that I also own. My concern was wind noise, but these don't produce any sound at all. I fixed the caps falling off by installing a stainless steel screw to secure them. (see photo)The only issue I have, which is my fault, is that i didn't lock one of the covers and it fell off, never to be found. I tried to contact the supplier to buy a replacement, but haven't been able to. To summarize, these are fantastic at one fourth the cost of OEM racks.

Very sturdy...need to watch a you tube video for instructions, written instructions are worthless. Aside from that..it was easy to put them on the rack. Cargo bag is sturdy and very roomy.

Looked for crossbars at my local Kia and they were $700. These fit well and were easy to put on. One was a bit tight but I figured it out. So far so good. Love the look on the Telluride.

THIS IS AN UPDATE: Amazon support quickly issued an RMA and also processed a replacement order. THIS WAS GREAT. This allowed me to do more research on the item and made a plan on how to go about installing it 2nd time around.2 Days later, replacement product arrived, and knowing more about the crossbars, I was able to install in an hour. Again, no thanks to the enclosed instructions, more thanks to the people on this forum.To further update,1) The long bar is for the front.2) All 4 footings are the same, there is no right or front or what not.3) You will have to use some elbow grease to pop the footings in placed. Once in, tighten up the bolts, and you are done.4) Entire covers do come off, you will need to use the key to take them off the footings and also to lock them in place. The cover to the key is also tethered so it's good.5) received 2 keys, and only 1 wrench.Overall, satisfied with the install and looks. Just needs a better installation / instructions sheet.Wish I could test it out with something to haul....My 2 previous racks have been Thule and have had no issues with them.As per other posting here,1) instructions may as well have been by a 3rd grader, just aweful.2) The footings are not mark which ones are front left, front right, it is a trial and error.3) The cover, to the footings, though tethered, the tether snap off like a cracker.4) The cover themselves does not fit back once the footings are installed.5) The shipment only came with one allen wrench, per instructions, it should be 2.A) Per other post, you are suppose to install in specific distances. From my estimate, they are correct, but no where in the instructions does it say that front rack has to be X inches from and the rear rack has to be X inches from. So take it from us, who have installed these, not just a shot in the dark.Luckily, Amazon is replacing so I will need to update this post.

Bought these for my kia telluride. They make the kia look more sporty. Easy to put on and holds surface boards easy.

Installed perfectly on our 2020 Telluride. It was easy to install and follow instructions.The only reason for 4 stars is due to cover caps on sides seem flimsy. They are attached to the main box with plastic line but they seem like they would pop easily with wind.

I don't write many reviews but it has been 3 weeks since I installed the Snailfly Upgraded Roof Racks on my 2022 Kia Telluride. They are quiet no wind noise what so ever. They are very sturdy and I like the clamping system on the Snailfly Upgraded racks compared to the first Snailfly racks I purchased. I wish this company would take the previous racks back they were very noisy. I've had them for since I bought the car. Or am I asking too much? Another thing I want to mention is this company has very good customer service! On the previous racks, shipping busted one of the covers. This company sent out the replacement parts within days! Big kudo's to this companies customer service. i attached some photos. The racks on the bench are the old noisy ones, the racks on the car are the excellent ones.In summary I want everyone know the Snailfly Upgraded racks are excellant!!

Easy to install and seems sturdy. One of the lock covers, however, broke the 1st time i used it. I heard it banging against my roof but before i could pull over the small piece of plastic holding it snapped and it was gone.

I have a 2021 Telluride SX, and these bars were very simple to install as long as you follow some simple instructions and take your time! Another review only known as "SC" had Excellent instructions that worked perfectly! So I copied the section to reshare the advice! Only different thing I did, is I used my own ratchet with 5mm Allen socket. Please note there are stickers saying "forward" so ensure forward before putting on. Also note: measurements are exactly as stated. So from the Front of the roof rail back, and from the back of the roof rail (including the very edge where rounded on roof) forward to back rail). Amazing set of roof racks for about third of price of KIA and same quality in my opinion. Enjoy!The key to the installation is simple measurements A 5mm Allen T-handle (6" or 9") makes the install easier FYI: The front rail bar is the longer of the 2 rail bars Front Rail Bar: Measure 21.75 inches from the front end of the roof rail to the front edge of the rail bar mounting bracket Rear Rail Bar" Measure 30 inches from the start of the back end of the roof rail to the back edge of the rail bar mounting bracket.

I purchased these Snailfly crossbars for my 2021 Kia Telluride at substantial savings compared to what I would've paid at the car dealership. They worked great, looked sharp, and were not difficult to install despite the somewhat confusing instruction sheet.I recently went on a trip with the crossbars attached to my car, and inadvertently unlocked the 4 attachment point heavy duty plastic covers with the key, thinking I was locking them on instead, and at the end of the trip I discovered that two of the 4 covers had fallen off and were lost. (The crossbars remained structurally intact, but the system was cosmetically compromised.)I contacted Snailfly through Amazon and asked if I could purchase replacement covers rather than having to replace the entire system, and they immediately responded with a nice email, including pictures of the various parts to make sure they knew what I needed. They then mailed me the two replacement parts free of charge!I was very impressed with the quality of the product, reasonable price, and especially the excellent customer service response to my problem. Snailfly has earned my loyalty in spades!
