Function and fit was good but this cap blocked venting on my tank, I have a 2001 kawasaki zx9r. And after installing this cap my bike would not run for more than a few minutes, the cap was keeping air from getting back to my tank causing the bike to stall, there it a small 1 way ball check valve that does not work, it is removable though with a very small allen wrench just don't loose the ball in your tank, I have to remove it for my noke.to.not stall but it can leak mow if tipped over

Does not fit the Ninja ZX1100. No way, no how, not even close. As for the fit and finish, It's actually pretty decent out of the packaging. I have no doubt the cap threads would be water tight, but I would not have quite so much faith in the very lacking "seal" provided that only covers a tiny area around the fill throat to sandwich between the cap and tank. The gasket appears to be a kitchen sink washer that someone with a utility knife quickly cut a notch into..I doubt it's even fuel resistant. If you dump your bike with this on the tank...you might as well have a sock stuffed into the fill hole. Also, the ZX1100/ZZR1100 was only produced from 1994-2001 so they're obviously just making up whatever they want for the item description to trick people into purchasing.

Easy install and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a keyless gas cap. Looks great tooUpdate…. Haven’t had any issues with it at all no leaks or coming loose definitely recommend well worth the money.

Does not come with screws. If you have the ones from your old gas cap you’re good to go.

Easy to use, I like keyless cap. It seals good, no leaks. I add a drop of oil on the threads every now and then.
