Just know going into it, its a lot of work to replace them. Couple place didn't line up perfect but we were able to shift to get stuff back together. Final Product looks great on the 1997 Jeep. Also no sound bar is included.

I do love the new covers and the look. 1 major flaw. The covers for over the doors are way to slim for the bars, don't align well for the screws and plastic door frames, and require the two pieces to be taken apart to install. Everything else was perfect. I had to run them under my sound bar to get them to fit right and just punched 2 holes for the screws. That was no big deal.

Disappointed with it. Ultimately the three cover pieces were too short in every dimension, as if someone put them all in the dryer on high for two hours. None of the seat belt holes lined up. Both side pieces were about 3 inches too short (didn't meet up with the cross bar, leaving a 3 inch segment of the side bar at the top exposed). Tried sliding the cover up to close the gap, but then half the bar at the lower end was exposed.Additionally, the cutouts for the long crossbar piece didn't align with where the side bars are welded, leaving large gaps there as well and preventing the zippers from closing properly.Sent a message to the seller sharing my concerns and asking for advice, never heard back.Overall, it was alot of work and a fair amount of money spent, just to get everything off (seat belts, windshield hardware, etc, etc. etc.) only to find it didn't fit. Ended up just tossing it in the corner of the garage and moving on .Been buying Smittybuilt stuff for Jeeps since 1987, too bad they put their name on this one.

0nly problem I had was installing on front part on roll cage.. you have to take the bars completely off to put the skins on. Someone said you need padding it...i disagree since mine came with padding and if you try to put more on they will not zip up!

Overall very happy with these covers. The roll bar to windshield sections seem a little short, needed extra effort when re installing the soft top for the colder months. 1999 TJ

These weren’t HARD to install, but they do require you to remove each seatbelt & the sound bar. They lost me when they wanted me to remove the bars that connect above the doors. So I skipped those pieces. I had accidentally tossed my old foam; which was 20 years old & crusty. I installed them without foam—since it didn’t come with any.
