Always have some Smith's balm around. Work it into your hands, or use it as intended on any leather. I rewax my gloves, my blundstones, belt, loafers, everything.

Holy buckets. This stuff WORKS! I’ve tried other leather conditioners and balms to rehydrate dried, scuffed, and tired leather (work boots, vintage purses, gardening holsters) and Smith’s leather balm works like a miracle. It doesn’t smell awful (it’s made with beeswax and almond oil) and it’s not greasy like other balms. I was so close to selling my scuffed up vintage coach backpack but after applying a little bit of Smith’s Leather Balm, the leather is back to its supple state and the scuffs have been erased - I’m keeping it!

Hands down the greatest leather conditioner I’ve ever used—and I’ve tried a lot! I’ll never waste my time and money on anything else. I don’t want to sound crazy but it’s truly transformational. Use it on all your smooth leathers—beat-up old dried-out leather will get a second life, new leather will just feel even richer. And a 4oz tin goes a lonnnng way. You really can’t do better.

The balm is great, but some of it leaked out into the shipping envelope causing a mess when I opened it. Some plastic sealant would help secure the product and reduce leaks and loss.

The product is very good. I desperately needed it as my bags had got fungus due to the weather in my holiday home. When it arrived I was wondering where to get a soft cloth to use the polish as things in Goa are really far away. To my surprise the polish came with a nice cloth so I could use the product immediately. It also came with a personal, hand written note by the owner of the company. Nice touch!

Seems to do a great job conditioning leather without darkening more than one or two shades! Make sure to use a light coat as it seems to get sticky if you apply too heavily.
