Perfect hanging organizer for the crazy amount of paperwork the kids bring home from school. Enough places to tuck away paperwork from each kid’s classroom, paperwork that needs to be signed and returned to school like permission slips, extended day calendars, extracurricular newsletters from the dance studio or scouts, etc. the clear pocket at the bottom is perfect to put the lunch calendar to easily see which kid is ordering and which one needs home lunch OR just a monthly calendar to keep track of all their activities. Would definitely recommend it for getting (and staying) organized all school year. Worked perfectly last school year and got light use over the summer. Should hold up fine to next year’s paperwork!

This looks really nice hung up in my office, I get lots of compliments for it from my colleagues too. Nicely fits A4 paper. Not the speediest of deliveries but worth the wait!

I love how I can hang this on my wall next to my desk to save space. I like the different coloured pockets as I now what colour I am using for which docs and it is easy to grab/find something that I need to use on a regular basis. I also like how it can fold up and I can lock it away from when I'm not in my office for extended periods. Might buy a second. Many of my coworkers comment on what a great idea it is.

I searched high and low for a wall file organizer that wasn't bulky, ugly, flimsy, or expensive. I almost bought one from the Container store but it was too flimsy. All of my documents fit perfectly both horizontally or vertically. There is a small cutout of plastic that "clasps" (for lack of a better word) onto the file folder holder so that the folder doesn't slide out if you're carrying it portable style. I only tacked it to my wall with wall tacks, literally and it holds well. The plastic of the holder and the file sleeves are all sturdy. There is a clear pocket on the front for storing anything else that may be small or you could even put a calendar or photos; I'm using it to hold receipts. My favorite part of this is that they have a few color options, instead of the standard rainbow colors. I chose the gray gradient version to match perfectly with the color scheme of my office.I absolutely love this organizer, and I'm very picky with my things in my office. I wanted cute, durable and functional and this met all of my needs.

This worked out perfectly for managing my weekly to-dos, errands, paperwork, and correspondence. I labeled each of 5 pockets with days of week (Mon-Fri), with 6th pocket for weekend. In each colored pocket I inserted a laminated 3"x10" strip to hold sticky notes of to-dos for that day. (I keep a laminated master sheet in my home binder to hold all the to-dos related to projects, etc.) The see-through pocket on the front holds my monthly calendar. This lightweight hanging file is easy enough to collapse, stays nice and flat, and appears sturdy enough for a couple years of use. The colored pockets are fixed (cannot be removed) and are large enough to insert a standard file folder or 8-1/2" x 11" paper. The plastic loop at the top recedes into the folder when folded flat and the elastic band that holds it all together is sturdy. This would have had a 5-star rating from me if the pockets were gusseted. I'm sure the reason it's not is to keep people from over-stuffing it (and thus having more weight), but just a little give in the folder opening would have been nice.

I have been throwing all my papers I get in the mail and print out in a basket next to my couch, well they end up piling up for a month. I figured it was time for some organization, and this looked perfect. When I received this Smead Cascading Wall Organizer, it was folded up like an accordion, which I think is great, if needed, I can take this wherever I go. I did not have a hook to hang this, so I used 2 very small nails and hung this on them, so far it has not been an issue, and is staying. The product itself seems to be made pretty well for the price, and should hold up a good amount of time as long as you don't overload it.I also love the different colored folders, it makes it stand out and not just be another boring Wall Organizer.I am very pleased with this Wall Organizer, looks great, is holding my papers with no problem, and I am more organized now.

I purchased this to use as a part of our family's kitchen "command center"; this is in a highly visible area of our house so I wanted something that was functional, low-profile, and not an eyesore. This organizer is PERFECT. There are enough pockets for each of our 4 family members, plus a few more that I've designated for bills and other correspondence. It helps keep the paper clutter off the counters and easily accessible for each of us. I love the clear front pocket where I keep my 2nd grader's "specials" calendar so he can easily see whether he has PE, art, music or computer lab on any given school day. I like the bright colors; they help to liven up my kitchen but aren't at all tacky. Each folder is removable so the colors can go in any order you want.As a nomadic military family, we move frequently and I've come to rely on 3M Command strips to hang as many things as I can on the walls, in order to not leave holes; a medium-sized hook holds unit this well, especially since we don't have more than 4 lbs of papers in it at any given time. (When the pockets are bulging, that's what I know I need to go through and put things away!)Highly recommend for a home office or a family command center.
